Commander Pravin Dixit (Retd.) is a distinguished Naval veteran and submariner with over 39 years of combined experience in the Indian Navy and the corporate sector. A B.Tech graduate in Production Engineering from VJTI and an M.Tech from IIT Kanpur, he brings deep technical acumen and leadership excellence to every role he undertakes.

Cdr Dixit has led complex, high-stakes projects from his early naval days, including handling submarine and large naval ship operations in extreme environments, often under tight timelines. Transitioning to the corporate world, he has held senior leadership positions at Walchandnagar Industries, Thermax Ltd., and MEIL, overseeing high-value projects in nuclear, water, irrigation, and power sectors across domestic and international geographies.

At MEIL, he was instrumental in establishing the Power Division, growing it from inception to over ₹5,000 Cr in revenue, and delivering landmark projects including a 765kV power transmission line, 500MW hydro PSHP, and a 100MLD water treatment plant. Notably, his execution of a Power Grid substation project within 8 months—against an 18-month timeline—earned recognition in the Limca Book of Records.

Now a certified Independent Director and ESG professional, Cdr Dixit runs his own consultancy and currently advises Shreetech Data Limited (STDL) in Business Development and Strategic Growth, also serving as an Independent Director.
