ShreeTech Data Limited has successfully completed and commissioned substation and power distribution projects across multiple locations in Maharashtra, supporting the growing demand for reliable and efficient electrical infrastructure.
Across Zapwadi, Chandoli, and Nandagaon, our work covered new substation development, additional transformer capacity, APFC capacitor bank installation, NIFPS systems, and HT/LT transmission and distribution lines.
These projects demonstrate our ability to execute electrical infrastructure works from installation and system integration through to successful commissioning.
Project Highlights
- New Zapwadi Substation – 33/11 kV, 5 MVA
Division: Manchar
Sub-Division: Narayangaon
The Zapwadi project involved the development of a new 33/11 kV, 5 MVA substation along with associated power distribution infrastructure.
Key activities completed:
- New 33/11 kV substation development
- Installation of 1.2 MVAr APFC panel with capacitor bank
- Construction of approximately 22 km of 33 kV HT line
- Construction of approximately 7.89 km of 11 kV line
The project was executed to strengthen the local power distribution network and provide reliable power infrastructure for the surrounding area.
- Chandoli Substation – Additional 33/22 kV, 1 × 10 MVA
Division: Rajgurunagar
Sub-Division: Rajgurunagar
At Chandoli, ShreeTech Data Limited successfully completed and commissioned an additional 33/22 kV, 1 × 10 MVA outdoor substation system.
Key activities completed:
- Additional 33/22 kV, 1 × 10 MVA outdoor substation
- Installation of 10 MVA NIFPS system
The successful commissioning of the additional capacity supports improved power availability and strengthens the existing electrical network.
- New Nandagaon Substation – 33/11 kV, 5 MVA
Division: Karad
Sub-Division: Karad R-1
The Nandagaon project involved the development of a new 33/11 kV, 5 MVA substation and associated HT/LT power distribution infrastructure.
Key activities completed:
- New 33/11 kV substation development
- Installation of 1.2 MVAr APFC panel with capacitor bank
- Construction of approximately 10 km of 33 kV HT line
- Construction of approximately 4.50 km of 11 kV LT line
The project contributes to strengthening the local distribution network while supporting dependable and efficient power delivery.
